This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Influence & Co. ("us", "we", or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.InfluenceAndCo.com website ("Site"). Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Social Networks Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn are used to market to our audience, as well as to share content via share features on our blog.  Personal Information and company information, such as name, email, job title, and Navigational Information about how you are interacting with our website and cookies.
Crowdcast We use Crowdcast to broadcast live webinars, and we share your information with the platform to ensure that only registered users are accessing the webinar.  Personal Information and company information, such as name, email, job title. 
Slack Slack integrates with HubSpot's marketing and sales tools to access your data and display it in its platform.  Personal Information and company information, such as name, email, job title, and website chat conversations, and Navigational Information about how you are interacting with our website. 
Zapier Zapier connects our various applications and automates our workflows.  The raw requests Zapier makes to other services on our behalf are stored for 7 days for troubleshooting purposes and are then purged on a rolling basis.
Moz Moz collects data about how visitors are finding our website via search engines.  Navigational Information about how users are discovering and interacting with our website. 
Co-Marketing Partners When we partner with another trusted organization for a co-branded webinar, and you opt in to that specific offer, we'll share the information that you provided when opting in with that partner. Personal Information and company information, such as name, email, job title. 

We may share your Personal and Navigational Information with a successor if all or part of our business is sold, merged, dissolved, acquired, or in a similar transaction, or in the event of a corporate reorganization.

We may share your Personal and Navigational Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights, property, or safety.

Global Transfer
